Three Chevrolet Vehicles Earn 2021 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards

2021 Chevy Colorado | Portland, Maine

For well over a century, Chevy has been satisfying drivers with style, performance, reliability, and so much more. That reputation continues today, and AutoPacific has recognized it by awarding three Chevrolet Vehicles in its 2021 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards.

Back in July, AutoPacific announced that the Chevrolet Colorado, Blazer, and Camaro all took the top segment prizes in the annual Vehicle Satisfaction Awards. AutoPacific ranks vehicles based on driver feedback in 36 attributes, and this trio conquered its competition by grabbing top scores in key areas.

The Camaro held off its competition in the Sporty Car segment by earning the highest marks in 29 categories. This included important factors like exterior style, interior comfort, and handling.

In the Premium Midsize Crossover SUV competition, the new Chevrolet Blazer comes out on top. The Blazer bested the field with top rankings in 25 categories, including reputation, comfort, and style.

Earning the top spot in the Compact Pickup category, the Chevy Colorado took 23 of the 36 categories. Namely, the Colorado is considered the most fun to drive and has top scores for visibility.

Whether you’re looking for a family-friendly SUV, a versatile truck for off-roading, or a high-octane performance machine, there’s a Chevrolet for you. And you’ll find it at Quirk Chevrolet of Portland in Portland, Maine.

The Differences Between the 2021 Equinox & Blazer

2021 Chevrolet Blazer vs Equinox | Portland, ME

The 2021 Chevrolet lineup is packed to the gills with high-quality vehicles designed for families just like yours in Portland, ME. Two of the most popular options are the Equinox and the Blazer. To help you decide which model is the right fit for your family, here are some of the most important differences between these stellar SUVs.

Dimensions

While neither the 2021 Equinox nor Blazer is quite as enormous as something like the Tahoe or Suburban, they’re not short on comfort. Both models offer comfortable seating for up to five, but the Blazer boasts more overall passenger volume thanks to its larger body. In terms of cargo volume, there’s virtually no difference between the two, as the Blazer offers up to 64.2 cubic feet and the Equinox provides 63.9.

Design

This is one area where the dynamic duo show their unique personalities. The 2021 Blazer is a stone-cold stunner, with a low, athletic stance, an imposing grille, and a body defined by delicate curves and aggressive angles. On the other hand, the Equinox is more understated. Its body is smoother, its accents are a bit more subtle, and its presence is less intimidating overall. Both look great, just in different ways.

Powertrains

If you want something that packs a serious punch under the hood, the Blazer is your best bet. It offers three engine options, including a 3.6-liter V6 that belts out 308 horsepower. All of them outperform the Equinox’s single powertrain, a 1.5-liter turbo that tops out at 170 horsepower. The trade pays off big-time at the gas pump, as the Equinox can achieve up to 31 mpg on the highway.*

The good news is that there’s no way to go wrong when choosing between the 2021 Chevrolet Equinox and Blazer. To see which one is your perfect match, swing by Quirk Chevrolet of Portland for a few test drives.
